Absolutely. Our honey is never heated above hive temperature (95°F), never ultra-filtered, and never blended. What you get is pure, single-origin rooftop honey with all its natural enzymes and pollen intact.
We'd love that! We manage hives on partner buildings throughout the city. We handle all setup, maintenance, and harvesting. Building owners receive complimentary honey from their rooftop. Contact us to learn more.

Rooftop tours run from April through October, every Saturday morning. Groups of up to 8 people. You'll learn about urban beekeeping, see hives up close (safely!), and taste fresh honeycomb. Use the contact form above to book.
