We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Perishable items are shipped with insulated packaging to maintain quality.
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-food items (candles, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Our products contain honey and beeswax, which are bee-derived. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age. If you have allergies to bee products, pollen, or any ingredients listed, please consult your physician before use.
